Today we have an updated story on the collision between containership Jork Ranger and tanker Mindoro last Tuesday. Awaiting orders the Mindoro has been waiting at sea for a few days, but will enter the port of Rotterdam today. She will be berthed at the Calandkanaal, where here cargo of jetfuel will be discharged. Any arrangements on possible repairs are not yet known to us. The Jork Ranger is currently located at Damen Shipyard, Schiedam for repairs on her bow. Most probably the legal complications of the collision will ensure both vessels to be arrested for quite at while.
