EASTERN BAY

Eastern BayThe Eastern Bay (IMO: 9143752, Port of Registry: Monrovia, Liberia) is a refrigerated cargo ship of 143 meters long, 22 meters wide and a deadweight tonnage of 9,638. The vessel was built in 1997 at Kitanihon Shipbuilding, Japan and is currently operated by Triton Schiffahrts GmbH, Germany and owned by MPC Munchmeyer & Petersen S.S. GmbH. The Eastern Bay is equipped with a 40 tonne crane and eight 6 tonne derricks. She is propelled by a 9,628 kW seven cylinder Mitsubishi engine built by Akasaka Diesels, Japan.

The Eastern Bay arrived last night at the Waalhaven with the last of call at Hamburg.

PACIFIC REEFER

Pacific ReeferThe Pacific Reefer (IMO: 9179268, Port of Registry: Panama) is a refrigerated cargo vessel of 145 metres long, 22.6 metres wide, a depth of 13.3 metres and a gross tonnage of 10,991. The Pacific Reefer has a refrigerated cargo capacity of 16,996 m3 and is equipped with two cranes with a SWL of 36 tons each and two cranes with a SWL of 8 tons each. She is propelled by a 11,000 kW Kobe Diesel engine which gives the vessel an operating speed of 18.3 knots. The vessel is operated by Fukujin Kisen Co., Japan and was built in 1999 by Shin Kochijyuko Heavy Industries, Japan.

The Pacific Reefer is scheduled to arrive this evening at the Waalhaven with the last port at Hamburg.

BELGIAN REEFER

The Belgian Reefer (IMO: 8300365, Port of Registry: Nassau, Bahama's) is a temperature controlled vessel (reefer) managed by Chartworld Shipping Corporation, Greece and operated by NYKCool AB, Sweden in her Jumbo Class. The vessel is almost 145 metres long, 24 metres wide, has a gross tonnage of 12,383 and a cargo capacity of 7,830 square metres. She is equipped with four 10 ton cranes and propelled by a 6-cylinder Sulzer engine which gives the vessel an operating speed of 18 knots.

The Belgian Reefer is scheduled to arrive this evening at the Rotterdam Fruit Wharf (former Seabrex) terminal, Rotterdam with the last port of call at Sheerness with refrigerated cargo originating from South America.
