GSP SATURN

GSP Saturn
The GSP Saturn (IMO: 8767666, Port of Registry: Panama) is a self elevating drilling unit. The rig is 52 meters long and 49 meters wide and is capable of operating in water depths up to 91 meters. She has a maximum drill depth of 30,000 feet. She is powered by 5 Caterpillar 3512 DITA engines delivering a total power of 8,430 HP. The GSP Saturn was built in 1985 at Galatzi Shipyard, Romania and rebuilt in 2009 into her current form. The vessel is owned by Grup Servicii Petroliere, Romania.

The GSP Saturn is scheduled to arrive this afternoon at the Calandkanaal on board the heavy load vessel Tai An Kou.

NOBLE SCOTT MARKS

Noble Scott MarksThe Noble Scott Marks (IMO: 9521057, Port of Registry: Monrovia, Liberia) is a jackup rig operated by Noble Corporation. The rig is 70 x 76 meters in dimension and is able to operate in water depths up to 400 feet with legs of 546 feet. She can drill up to 30,000 ft. The rig was built in 2009 at Dalian Shipyard, Dalian China and was deployed in the North Sea for the last year.

The Noble Scott Marks is expected to arrive later this afternoon at the Calandkanaal, Rotterdam accompanied by the tugs Boulder, Tempest and Thorax. She will depart on the 24th of January on board the semi-submersible vessel Osprey with destination Oman.
