APOLLONIA

The Apollonia (IMO: 9246645, Port of Registry: Piraeus) is an in 2003 by Samsung Heavy Industries built crude carrier. The vessel (ex.name: Front Hawk) has a deadweight tonnage of 309,000, is 333 metres long, 58 metres wide, has a maximum draught of 21 metres and is capable of transporting 2,202,129 barrels of crude oil. The vessel is propelled by a 27,160 kW HSD 7 cylinder engine. She is operated by Neda Maritime Agency and owned by Apollonia Transportation E.N.E.

The Apollonia arrived last night at the Shell Europoort terminal, Rotterdam, from Dalia, Angola.
