NORWEGIAN EPIC

Norwegian EpicThe Norwegian Epic (IMO: 9410569, Port of Registry: Nassau, Bahama's) is the second largest cruise ship in the world next to the Oasis of the Seas. The Norwegian Epic was delivered just last week to her owner Norwegian Cruise Line. The vessel is 329.5 meters long, 42.5 meters wide and has a gross tonnage of 155,873. The owners say the vessel "represents the next level of Freestyle Cruising with branded entertainment, more than 20 dining options and a wide range of accommodations including the largest suite complex at sea". She provides accomodation to a maximum number of 4,100 guests and features several bars, varying from chic to cool, a huge Aqua Park, Sports Complex, rock-climbing wall, fitness center, world-class spa, two 3-lane bowling alleys and a two-story Wii. The Norwegian Epic has just finished her two-day inaugural cruise from Rotterdam and arrived this morning at Rotterdam. This evening the ship will sail a one-night preview cruise to Southampton, arriving on June 22 for a two-day inaugural sailing.
