RTM COOK

RTM CookThe RTM Cook (IMO: 9591301, Port of Registry: London) is a bulk carrier delivered in July 2012 at Hanjin Heavy Industry to her owner Rio Tinto Marine which provides services to the Rio Tinto Group to ensure that maximum efficiency is achieved in all of their mine-to-market supply chains, a critical aspect of Rio Tinto's mining business. The vessel is the first in a series of eight being built at Hanjin Heavy Industries and Construction (HHIC) in Subic Bay, Philippines. 300 meters long, 50 meters wide and has a maximum draught of 18.3 meters. She has a deadweight tonnage of 205,500 and is powered by a Hyundai Heavy Indsutries engine which gives the vessel a service speed of 15 knots.

The RTM Cook will arrive this afternoon at the EMO terminal, Rotterdam from Richards Bay, South Africa.
