CAPE TEXEL

The Cape Texel (IMO: 9441192, Port of Registry: Majuro, Marshall Islands) is a coated panamax sized product tanker built by New Times Shipbuilding in China. She entered service on 24th January 2009 and is the third vessel delivered of six sister vessels. The Cape Texel is 228.6 meters long and 32.3meters wide. She has a summer deadweight of 73,614 tons and a cargo capacity of 81,311 cubic meters. The vessel is equipped with three centrifugal pumps with a capacity of 2300 Cu. metres/hour. The Cape Texels technical manager is Columbia Shipmanagement and she is commercially managed by United Product Tankers.

The Cape Texel is expected to arrive later this afternoon at the Vopak Europoort Terminal with the last port of call at Ras Laffan.
