The Janah Star (IMO: 9384227, Port of Registry: Monrovia, Liberia) is the fifth of six very large crude carriers ordered from Daewoo Shipbuilding and Marine Engineering by her owners Vela International. She was deliverd at the end of 2008. The vessel is 333 meters long, 60 meters wide and has a maximum draught of 22.5 meters, giving the vessel a deadweight of 319,500.
