CGG ALIZÉ

CGG AlizéThe CGG Alizé (IMO: 9178159, Port of Registry: Port Aux Français) is a purpose-built seismic data acquisition vessel capable of towing up to 16 streamers with a total length of 100 km. This allows for acquisition of cost-effective large 3D exploration projects or high-density, high-resolution 4D projects. The vessel is 100 metres long, 29 metres wide and has a draught of 7.6 metres. She is propelled by two 4,200 kW Wartsila engines which gives the vessel a cruising speed of 14.5 knots. She is equipped with state-of-the-art navigation and positioning system as well as SynTRAK seismic instrumentation. The CGG Alizé is owned by Geomar S.A.S., France and is operated by CGGVeritas, France.

The CGG Alizé has arrived at the Port of Rotterdam this morning and is currently berthed at Damen Shipyards
